Footage of what Southampton striker Adam Armstrong had to do following the club's humiliating 5-0 defeat to Brentford has gone viral on social media.
The Saints continued their dismal start to life under new manager Ivan Juric with a dismal performance on Saturday.
Kevin Schade scored the opener six minutes in, with his clever finish setting the tone for the afternoon.

Bryan Mbeumo increased Brentford's lead just after the hour mark and grabbed his second of the game from the penalty spot.
He turned provider for Keane Lewis-Potter in extra-time and Yoane Wissa captialised on a Yukinari Sugawara mistake to wrap things up.
Southampton remain rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table with just six points.

Juric replaced Russell Martin last month and there has been no new manager bounce under him.
The mood at St Mary's is low and there are genuine fears the club will break Derby's long-standing record low of 11 points in a Premier League season.
Some supporters have decided to take it in their stride. Take Hugo Scheckter on X, for example.
He took his mother to the game in hospitality and let her have a crack at guessing the scoreline. Despite knowing nothing about football, she predicted Southampton would get thrashed 5-0 at home.

Her prize for the correct prediction was this season's home shirt and presenting it to her was none other than striker Adam Armstrong.
The 27-year-old had come off the bench and failed to make much of an impact up top. Still, it's brutal to walk off the pitch and have to reward someone who predicted your downfall.

Scheckter posted: "Went to the St Mary’s for first time in a while. My mum, who knows nothing about football, predicted the 0-5 loss, then got booed when collecting her prize from Adam Armstrong in the Saints hospitality."
The video spread across social media and people couldn't believe Armstrong actually went through with it.
Someone said: "Putting Armstrong in that position is mental."
Another person posted: "How's the club Armstrong made present the prize in these circumstances? That’s poor."

While a third added: "That's obscene."
Armstrong is Southampton's joint-top goalscorer this term alongside Tyler Dibling, Joe Aribo and Kyle Walker-Peters. Juric knows it'll take a lot to beat the drop and called his side's performance a 'disaster'.
He said: "A very bad day. We didn't start well. We were very bad in the first 30 minutes but in the last 15 minutes much better. The second half was like a disaster.
"There were only 15 minutes where we played well - we pressed high, stole the ball, tried to create chances but, in every situation, they were better than us. Everything.
"Nothing to say, really bad. We conceded really stupid goals. Psychologically, we are really down and I think in this moment we have to be all together.
"It is our fault, my fault as the manager, and we have to understand the situation but stay together and try to do better next time."
Southampton return to action in the FA Cup against Championship outfit Swansea City on January 12th.
