Newcastle are ready to go all out this summer, with reports suggesting the Premier League side will try and recruit four 'elite' signings, including Barcelona forward Raphinha.
It was reported earlier this month that Eddie Howe's side are plotting moves for players from aboard and those with proven Premier League pedigree.
According to the Telegraph, Newcastle are thought to be keeping tabs on Moises Caicedo, James Maddison, Kalvin Phillips, Declan Rice, Conor Gallagher, Kaoru Mitoma, Jarrod Bowen and Ivan Toney.

Arsenal full-back Kieran Tierney was also mentioned in the report alongside Scott McTominay and Harvey Barnes, who is currently involved in a relegation dogfight with Leicester City.
In terms of those from abroad, the Magpies have 'firm' interest in some of the best players in Europe, including Gabri Veiga, Moussa Diaby, Marcus Thuram and Napoli pair Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
And another name that emerged on Monday is Barcelona forward Raphinha.

Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo suggest Newcastle will try and 'take advantage' of Barca's financial situation with a bid for the Brazilian, who joined the Camp Nou in July last year.
The Premier League top four hopefuls were interested in bringing Raphinha to St James' Park last summer before Barcelona swooped in a deal worth £55 million.
Raphinha, meanwhile, is reportedly frustrated with Xavi's decision to play him on the left rather than on his favoured right hand side.

But despite speculation surrounding the Brazilian's future with the La Liga leaders, manager Xavi proclaimed Raphinha as 'the future of Barcelona' earlier this year.
"He's a criticised player, but he does a lot and we value him a lot," he said. "'We will always support Raphinha — he's the future of Barcelona."
The 26-year-old, who featured for Brazil at last winter's World Cup in Qatar, has notched 11 goals in 51 appearances for club and country this season.
