Footage has emerged of former Liverpool, Newcastle United and Manchester United forward Michael Owen being interviewed following United's Premier League title win in the 2010/11 season.
The Englishman came through the youth ranks at Liverpool and subsequently spent the first eight years of his senior career playing for the Reds, scoring 158 goals in 297 appearances.
Having won the UEFA Cup, UEFA Super Cup, FA Cup and League Cup with Liverpool, Owen was awarded the 2001 Ballon D'or and is still the most recent Englishman to win the honour.

However, the now-43-year-old departed Anfield for Real Madrid in 2004 to become a Galactico before later joining Newcastle just a year later.
Owen endured a torrid time at St.James' Park, making just 79 appearances over the course of four seasons, scoring 30 goals as the Magpies were relegated in 2009. His next move certainly raised eyebrows.
Despite being a boyhood Liverpool supporter and coming through the Merseyside club's youth ranks, the forward made the move to the Reds' fiercest rivals Manchester United having never won the Premier League upon making the move to Old Trafford.

In 2011, that feat changed when Sir Alex Ferguson's side won their 12th Premier League title and Owen certainly didn't filter his words when interviewed following the success.
"You know what they say, if you can't beat them, join them," said Owen to a reporter in reemerged footage with Liverpool fans infuriated.
The Englishman became a club ambassador for the Merseyside outfit in 2016 and still holds that title, but supporters have taken to social media to share their disgust.

@LFC_000 tweeted: "I've never hated a guy more. Club ambassador for Liverpool btw."
@BGrockihi tweeted: "How is this guy a club ambassador for us, we're embarrassing for making him one."
@bstrdsunited49 tweeted: "Truly ridiculous bloke from start to finish."
With that footage going viral, whether there could be any recovery for Owen in the eye's of Liverpool fans looks very doubtful with the 43-year-old's club ambassador role still in tact for now.
