Prominent transfer journalist Ben Jacobs has outlined PSV's demands required for the club to sell Cody Gakpo in January.
The Netherlands international has been one of the club's star players this season, scoring nine goals and providing 12 assists in 14 Eredivisie appearances.
The World Cup further enhanced his reputation, with the 23-year-old netting in each of his nation's three group stage games against Senegal, Ecuador and Qatar.

Fabrizio Romano has claimed that discussions are ongoing between Manchester United and Gakpo's agent, with the club keen on bringing Gakpo to English football.
They made an attempt to sign him in the summer, but failed to meet PSV's asking price.
That asking price, according to Romano, now stands at around €55-60 million, which would eclipse the club's record sale of Hirving Lozano to Napoli in 2019 if any deal for Gakpo goes through.

Now, PSV's full list of demands have been outlined.

Jacobs has claimed in a Twitter post that PSV now want to sell Gakpo in January - and want to do it early in the window, with replacements almost certainly on the club's radar.
However, whilst it is said that the overall fee will be important, the structure of the deal will be key, with Jacobs reporting that they want 'preferable payment terms' in order to swoop for a replacement before the window slams shut.

United boss Erik ten Hag was asked about a potential move for Gakpo last week, following comments made by PSV boss Ruud van Nistelrooy. The former Red Devils striker told Dutch outlet Voetbal International (as per 90min) that 'there comes a time when you can't say no' in relation to any bids for the 23-year-old would depart the Dutch giants.
Ten Hag said: "There were many, many good players in the World Cup. He [Van Nistelrooy] can say that about many players."
But while the United boss is keeping his cards close to his chest, rumours continue to swirl about a move to Old Trafford for Gakpo in January - and a deal could soon be completed to bring him to Old Trafford.
