Manchester United legend Mark Hughes has heaped praise on current Red Devils manager Erik ten Hag and highlighted a key similarity between him and Sir Alex Ferguson.
Ten Hag is having an extremely successful first season at Old Trafford with United lifting the Carabao Cup in February and currently sitting third in the Premier League.
The Dutch manager has rejuvenated the dressing room atmosphere and didn't even let the departure of star player Cristiano Ronaldo affect that.

United remain in the FA Cup and Europa League so further silverware could be on the way.
Hughes who made 467 appearances for the Red Devils has hailed Ten Hag's turnaround and likened his mantra to that of legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
What did he say?
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, he said: "Erik ten Hag has come in and steadied the boat that was rocking from side to side.

"He’s going to need to have time and he’s done the initial part of dealing with the demand that was on him as the manager of the club, stabilising everything.
"He looks like he’s instilled discipline into the group and the club as a whole. Playing under Sir Alex Ferguson, his standards for discipline and behaviour were strong, it was one of his mantras.
"It looks like Ten Hag has taken a little bit of that on board and it seems like he is a very straight forward and structured guy who just tells you as it is."

It appears United have finally got a man in charge who is capable of leading them back to a Premier League title.
There was talk of a challenge this season, but it was premature and improvements to the squad still need to be made.
The potential arrival of new owners will have a huge impact on any transfer business United complete in the summer.
New owners will are likely to splash out but if the Glazers stay investment will be minimal.
