Sir Alex Ferguson has strong views on who should be the next Manchester United manager, reports say.
Erik ten Hag's position looks to be under threat after a dismal start to the new campaign despite spending more than £200 million in the summer window.
United are 13th in the Premier League after six games, taking a mere seven points and losing three times.
Their last outing was a shambolic 3-0 home defeat to Spurs on Sunday and the pressure is once again on Ten Hag going into crucial games against Porto and Aston Villa.

It was widely reported that United's new shareholders INEOS, held conversations with multiple managers in the summer before deciding to stick with Ten Hag.
But it's claimed that legendary former boss Ferguson has a different idea for who would be the ideal choice in the United hotseat if Ten Hag gets the boot.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the 13-time Premier League winner is a huge admirer of former Juventus boss Max Allegri.

He had been heavily linked with taking the reins at United a few years back before returning to Juventus for a second stint.
Nonetheless Ferguson is believed to be supportive of him getting the job this time around.
The two watched last season's Champions League final together at Wembley.
A six-time champion in Italy, Allegri led Juventus to two Champions League finals and was once courted by Real Madrid.

He was sacked by Juve in May and has been out of work since then.
The 57-year-old isn't the only Italian coach to emerge as a contender for the United gig, with Inter Milan's Simone Inzaghi linked.
Former Bayern Munich and Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel could also be a possible option after discussions in the summer.

But in a new interview, Ten Hag said he was not worried about his future and remains confident his side can turn things around.
"We are going to make a success from the season," Ten Hag told Sky Sports.
"Nothing is easy, but this is nothing for me to panic about. "We can sort [the problems] out, this team can sort this out."
