Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has praised Marcus Rashford for his 'sacrifice' during their 2-1 win over Manchester City on Saturday.
United recorded a huge win - Ten Hag's first Manchester derby victory - at Old Trafford, with Rashford and Bruno Fernandes getting on the scoresheet.
But they had to do it the hard way. Anthony Martial suffered an injury in the first half and was substituted at half-time, before the Red Devils initially failed to build on their encouraging first half display.

Jack Grealish gave City the lead on 60 minutes after a build-up of pressure with a close-range header.
But United were back in business soon after, and Fernandes gave United the equaliser on 78 minutes. However, there was debate over whether Rashford should have been deemed to be offside in the build-up, having ran towards the ball but not played it.
The England international then got on the scoresheet himself on 82 minutes to complete the turnaround, firing between the legs of City goalkeeper Ederson.

And after the game, Ten Hag praised Rashford for his endeavour throughout the match.

The 25-year-old went down in the first half, having suffered a suspected injury. However, he played through the pain and completed the match.
In his post-match press conference, Ten Hag said: "Players have to be resilient. You get kicked in a game. It happened, and it hurts, but you have to keep going.

"You have to do it to get the right result and performance. Deal with the painful moment, or even if it stays painful, the game will go on.
"That's what he did today, and he was rewarded for it. In top football, you have to suffer and sacrifice to get the right result and win something."
After the match, Rashford revealed he had picked up a knock, and United supporters will be hoping it isn't serious after the England star scored in his ninth consecutive home game at Old Trafford.
