Man United's 'Shameless' Post About Club's Best Pressers Absolutely Ripped Apart By Their OWN Fans

Man United's 'Shameless' Post About Club's Best Pressers Absolutely Ripped Apart By Their OWN Fans

Manchester United fans are furious.

Manchester United have been brutally ripped apart by their OWN fans on social media for the club's 'shameless' tweet.

The Red Devils have lost two of their last three games, losing to Manchester City to lose ground on a top four spot in the Premier League while being eliminated by Atletico Madrid in the Champions League

Ralf Rangnick's team resume their season against Leicester City after the international break, with Gary Neville taking aim at the 'tone deaf' players and executives.

And the club's official account appears to be in line with their hierarchy, posting a tweet about Man United's 'best pressers' amid their faltering season.

They shared a clip of some of their players pressing, accompanied with the caption: "Leading the way for our intensity out of possession."

But the post has NOT gone down well with Man United fans online as they savaged the tweet.

One Twitter user wrote: "Genuine question. Do the social media team at Man Utd know anything about football or have any idea what the fans are thinking right now?"

A second tweeted: "Shameless lots, no trophy for another season but you want to know who presses better... Even after shipping goals every game... Admin too has fallen off, don't know what it means to be manutd...shameful."

A third added: "This really has to be a joke tweet right? From the official account? Best presser? It’s not quite April 1st yet..."

A fourth commented: "Have you seen Liverpool, Man City boasting about it after a losing streak? This club is so out of depth from top to bottom."

As mentioned above, Man United are no longer in the Champions League and are languishing in sixth place in the table.

Rangnick's side are four points adrift of fourth-placed Arsenal ahead of resuming their campaign against Leicester on April 2.
