Palmeiras youngster and Liverpool transfer target Endrick Felipe is said to be of interest to Barcelona, who have entered ‘behind the scenes’ talks with the Brazilian club.
Endrick turned 16 on Thursday, making him eligible to sign his first professional contract at Palmeiras, but like many Brazilian prospects, a move to Europe looks set to be on the horizon.
The Brazilian prodigy has scored 170 goals in 172 youth games for Palmeiras and looks set for a big money move to Europe, if he can continue this stellar goalscoring record for the first-team.

The 16-year-old has been subject of interest for some of Europe's top clubs, including Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Real Madrid.
Despite having never played a game of senior football, his contract includes a €60 million release clause that expires in 2025.
Reports have suggested that the forward is looking to make a move overseas when he turns 18 in 2024, and clubs have already been laying the groundwork for a potential move for the youngster.
According to Catalan daily Sport, Spanish giants Barcelona are said to have already been in contact with Palmeiras behind the scenes and set themselves up through ‘backchannel talks’ with the Brazilian club.

Some of Spain’s biggest sides have had huge success buying from Brazil, with the likes of Neymar and Vinicius Junior just a few of the stars to have made their names.
Barcelona have already had a busy transfer window, having paid big money for the likes of Raphinha and Lewandowski, despite their well-documented financial problems.
Whether Barca will have the funds to secure Endrick's signing is yet to be seen, but there's no doubt the Catalan side will be doing everything they can in order to not miss out on the next Brazilian superstar.
But If he were to make a move to the Premier League, he would be following in the footsteps of fellow countryman Gabriel Jesus, who joined Manchester City from Palmeiras in 2016.

If Jesus' career is anything to go by, then a move to England could be right for Endrick, who will no doubt have a plethora of top sides coming after his signature.
