Manchester United and Liverpool have been told the price they must pay to land Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.
Arsenal saw two bids worth up to £70 million rejected for Caicedo back in January, forcing Mikel Arteta to sign Chelsea midfielder Jorginho instead.
However, Premier League rivals Manchester United and Liverpool haven't given up their pursuit of the 21-year-old.

Erik ten Hag is keen to strengthen his midfield in the summer, having struggled in the absence of Casemiro and Christian Eriksen this season.
While Scott McTominay has been rumoured with a move away from Old Trafford, and Marcel Sabitzer is expected to return to Bayern Munich following his loan move.
As for Jurgen Klopp, the German is seeking to refresh Liverpool's fragile and ageing midfield, viewing Caicedo as a potential candidate.
Caicedo price tag revealed
The Seagulls would be willing to listen to offers in the region of £80 million for Caicedo, according to Football Insider.

The Ecuador international has helped Brighton to seventh place in the Premier League, with a European finish on the cards.
Caicedo attempted to force a move away from Brighton in the winter, taking to social media to express his desire to leave the club.
However, any potential move was blocked by Roberto de Zerbi who insisted the player was not for sale, granting him a period of leave.

Since being reintegrated to the squad, the midfielder has made a U-turn on his career, penning fresh terms keeping him on the south coast until 2027.

Both Liverpool and Manchester United are also said to have earmarked Brighton teammate Alexis Mac Allister as a possible addition.
It was recently reported that both clubs were preparing to 'blow Brighton out of the water' with their contract offer for the Argentina international.
While it is thought that Mac Allister is eager to play at a higher level and would struggle to refuse a move to a top club this summer.
