Liverpool winger Luis Diaz has a positive update for Liverpool fans after posting a video of himself training on social media.
Diaz joined the Merseyside club from Porto for around £37m in January, 2022 after scoring 14 goals in 18 games for the Portuguese side in the first half of the season.
The move didn't slow him down, with the 26-year-old taking to the Premier League in style. He managed six goals in 26 appearances in his debut campaign with the Reds, winning the FA Cup and Carabao Cup.

He also started this season impressively, scoring four goals in 12 appearances, but has not featured for the Reds since October after suffering a serious knee injury in a match against Arsenal.
He is just one name on a long list of Liverpool absentees, which also includes Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino and Virgil van Dijk.
Diaz posts injury update
The Liverpool star appears to be going through a light routine involving various stretches and a session on an exercise bike, whilst wearing a supportive brace on his left knee.
Diaz simply captioned the video with an emoji of a bicep, football and sand timer. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who is among those to profit from his absence, was among those to like the post.

A tackle involving Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey in Liverpool's trip to the Emirates on October 9 caused the injury, with the forward not featuring for the Reds since.
Diaz was initially expected to return to the field after the World Cup, and was even involved at Liverpool’s training camp in Dubai in December. However, the winger suffered a setback in his recovery, requiring further surgery.
Diaz is still expected to remain sidelined until March, report the Liverpool Echo, meaning he will have been out for at least five months. However, fans will hope his Instagram update may indicate a quickening in recovery time as they prepare to face Wolves on Tuesday in a replay of their 2-2 FA Cup draw.
