Liverpool fans are happy the club are going against Jurgen Klopp's demand going into the summer.
The Reds are in desperate need of an overhaul in the summer transfer window after a disappointing campaign which sees them seven points off the Champions League places and out of all four competitions they were competing in.
Midfield is an area where Liverpool require a lot of strengthening and there could be plenty of change in those positions.

And there's an update on the current situation of vice-captain James Milner, who is due to be out of contract in the summer.
Milner has been at Liverpool since 2015, having joined on a free transfer from Manchester City.
He's gone on to make 321 appearances for the Anfield outfit but while he's been a good servant, plenty of supporters feel as though the 37-year-old is past it.

Klopp doesn't share the same view, however, with David Ornstein of The Athletic reporting that he is advocating for Milner to get a one-year extension.
It's said the German still values Milner's leadership, experience and the fact he can also play right-back as well as in midfield.
Despite this, Liverpool are yet to enter contract talks with Milner and the lack of movement could mean he joins Roberto Firmino in leaving on a free at the end of the season.

Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are both set to leave Merseyside with their deals due to expire at the end of the campaign.
But a good chunk of fans would appear to be happy with Liverpool's stance on Milner.
One wrote: "It would be a terrible decision to keep him. It’s just a way of not signing a 3rd midfielder."
A second stated: "2-3 years too late but I’m glad someone has finally told Klopp no."

A third weighed in: "Jurgen leg it mate let him go we all love him but he’s gonna be 38 next year."
Another said: "Let him go. He's already overstayed his welcome by about 4 years."
A final user opined: "I really like Milner but offering anything beyond a coaching role is just nonsense. I backed the deal last summer on the basis of it being a reduced role where he wouldn't play that much. Yet he's made 32 apps already this season. Highlights just how light our options have been."

Liverpool are known admirers of Borussia Dortmund and England midfielder Jude Bellingham but the latest is that they are "increasing unlikely" to bring him in.
That's despite former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard speaking glowingly of Bellingham while he was stood next to him during an interview after England's win over Ukraine.
