Jude Bellingham is demanding a “concrete offer” from Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea before he decides on his future, according to reports.
Liverpool are languishing in sixth place in the Premier League, seven points from a Champions League spot and some 15 points adrift of Arsenal in top spot.
Jurgen Klopp's side are in dire need of some new midfielders, and Bellingham has been touted as their top transfer target.

They will face serious competition for his signature, however. The England man is one of the most desirable players on the continent and has also attracted interest from the likes of Man City, Chelsea and La Liga giants Real Madrid.
Bellingham wants a ‘concrete offer’
German outlet Sport Bild have claimed that Bellingham’s representatives are demanding a “concrete offer” from Liverpool, Man City and Chelsea before their client decides on his future.
The publication also claimed that speculation surrounding Bellingham’s future has affected the Dortmund squad with “many players” said to be annoyed at the 19-year-old's “sometimes derogatory body language” on the pitch.

Moreover, Bellingham being made third-choice Dortmund captain has reportedly been considered “controversial” by some Dortmund teammates.
Dortmund chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke admitted that talks will be held over their midfielder’s future after he returns from the World Cup.
He told Bild: "We will have talks when the World Cup is over. We will ask him if he wants to stay or go.
“However, if big European clubs come, we can't afford a big fight financially.

Liverpool made contact with Bellingham
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has reiterated that Liverpool are the Reds have been holding discussions with people close to the teenager as they look to gain an advantage over his fellow suitors.
Romano told GIVEMESPORT: “Liverpool will be in the race, 100 per cent.
“They’re already in contact with people close to Jude Bellingham, so Liverpool will be there.”
