Romano claims Chelsea have agreed a deal with Dortmund for Gittens, who is set to undergo a medical on Saturday ahead of penning a seven-year contract.
Jacobs, meanwhile, reports Chelsea will pay around £55 million for Gittens, which includes add-ons.
