A Liverpool fan who had a £100 bet on Liverpool winning the quadruple rejected huge cash out offers before Manchester City retained the Premier League title in dramatic style.
Reds fan, Tanya Hanley made her first ever bet on Liverpool to win all four major trophies this season, at odds of 3/671/1, she put £100 in the hope that Jurgen Klopp’s side would do the unthinkable.
She would have bagged an eye-watering £367,200 if Liverpool managed the unprecedented quadruple.

Speaking to Betfair, Tanya spoke about the reasoning behind her bet.
She said: “I just had a feeling that Liverpool could do it and that something big was going to happen.”
“I had a wager with a friend on it, they had put a bet on it too, then I saw the odds that Betfair had for Liverpool to win all four trophies and I opened an account and placed my first ever bet.”
Betfair Spokesperson, Sam Rosbottom said: "We have been in contact with Tanya and she is aware of the Cash Out offer available to her. She is in total control and she knows that she can take the offer if she wishes to.”

“We’ll be keeping in close contact with her through the day on Sunday to make sure that she is up-to-date with the latest Cash Out offer and we wish her good luck for the two key matches.”
A day before the last matches of the season kicked off, Tanya was offered £22,712 if she was to cash out, and a day later, 30 minutes prior to kick off, she was offered to cash out at £35,000. But staying true to her words, she rejected both offers.
With City trailing 1-0 to Aston Villa and Liverpool drawing 1-1 against Wolves, it looked like Tanya’s bravery would be rewarded, she rejected an offer of £62,371 at half time.
With just 20 minutes to go, City were now down 2-0, and Tanya rejected another offer, this time at £95,000.
The dream of her team winning the quadruple and her bravery paying off was edging closer to realisation, but then things turned sour.

Pep Guardiola’s side produced a monumental come back and scored three goals in five minutes, City went on to win the game 3-2 and with it, the Premier League crown.
A sickening blow for Tanya, a blow that could possibly be slightly softened if Liverpool manage to beat Real Madrid in the Champions League final on Saturday.
