Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly offered Marco Verratti and Gianluigi Donnarumma' as part of incredible 2-for-1 swap deal to land Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva.
Despite murmurs that Silva has long been keen to leave the Etihad, Manchester City are unwilling to let him go for cheap and will use Declan Rice's £105 million move to Arsenal as a financial benchmark for the Portugal international, according to The Athletic.
Meanwhile, they have allegedly made it clear to the 28-year-old just how important he is to their plans for next season after his influential role in the club's treble-winning campaign.

However, that hasn't stopped PSG trying to get their mitts on him, with the French club reportedly exploring alternative avenues to try and land Silva's signature.
That's according to French outlet Foot Mercato, who claim that PSG footballing director Luis Campos has attempted to lower Manchester City's asking price by offering Verratti and Donnarumma in exchange.
Meanwhile, journalist Santi Aouna adds that Presnel Kimpembe could also be used as part of a deal. Although City are said to have rejected all advances so far.

The report adds that Verratti was proposed as a potential replacement for Ilkay Gundogan, who has joined Barcelona this summer, while Donnarumma could have provided competition for Ederson in goal.
As things stand, Silva is thought to be open to a move to the French capital, but the Sky blues are hopeful of convincing the versatile midfielder to stay.
He has also been linked with a move to Spanish giants Barcelona, as they attempt to continue their raid of City's finest midfielders following the acquisition of Gundogan last month.
The Germany international was asked about rumours linking Silva with a move to the Camp Nou on Monday, but Gundogan gave little away, choosing instead to focus on his qualities as a player.

"He is an incredible player, I think he has many qualities to be a high-level player but he has a contract with City, so I can say little," he told the Spanish media (quotes via the Manchester Evening News).
