Nike have confirmed they have not rekindled their relationship with Mason Greenwood after the Marseille forward was spotted wearing their boots.
Greenwood, 22, moved from Manchester United to France this summer after a successful loan spell with Getafe last season.
The Bradford-born forward saw his charges for attempted rape, engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour and assault dropped back in February 2023.

Greenwood has enjoyed a strong start to life in Ligue 1, having netted five goals in as many games for his new side.
He has since been pictured wearing Nike products once again following his move and the sportswear giant have been forced to make a statement on the matter as a result.
Contacted by The Daily Mail recently about Greenwood, Nike simply responded: "Mason Greenwood is not a Nike athlete."

According to the report, the former United player was set to sign a new contract with Nike before they made the decision to drop him in February 2022.
It has been reported that he was paid no compensation for losing the deal but was owed outstanding bonus payments.
Greenwood scored 35 goals in 129 appearances for United before being suspended by the club.
He returned to Carrington only for a short period to discuss his future in the summer before a transfer to Marseille was soon facilitated.

His past has been widely discussed by the French media, with the 22-year-old asked multiple questions during a press conference after signing for the French giants earlier this year.
“I understand the questions, I don't want to talk about it too much or get into debates and controversies," he began.
“I already spoke about it on Thursday with the supporters and I spoke about it last season. I want to move forward, I want to be part of Olympique de Marseille.”

Greenwood continued: “My intention is really to concentrate on the football part. The staff and players told me about the foundation, associations and hospital visits and like the other players I will participate in these initiatives.
“This season I will try to play well for Marseille, at the Velodrome in front of fantastic fans. I have been waiting for this for a while and I can't wait to play in front of this crowd. For the moment I am focused on what I have to do with my club.”
