Barcelona are planning a squad revamp next summer under new boss Hansi Flick and four names have emerged which would transform the Camp Nou club's options.
Barca are currently third in the La Liga table and trail leaders and El Clasico rivals Real Madrid by five points.
Flick's side lost their last outing in the Spanish top flight before Christmas with a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Atletico Madrid.

Following the festive break from action, Barca were back in action yesterday as they beat Barbastro 4-0 to reach the Copa del Rey's last 16 stage.
Eric Garcia opened the scoring before Robert Lewandowski doubled the advantage after the half-hour mark.
Polish hotshot Lewandowski grabbed his second of the game not long after half-time, while Pablo Torre netted Barca's fourth before the hour.

Barca are back in action on Wednesday evening when they travel to the Basque Country to take on Athletic Bilbao in the semi-final of the Spanish Super Cup, while the Catalans are back in La Liga action away to Getafe on January 18.
However, Barca are currently going through issues off the pitch in terms of registration issues for two players due to not meeting La Liga's wage cap restrictions as part of ongoing financial constraints at the club.
A court has rejected Barcelona's attempt to re-register Dani Olmo, who rejoined the club on a £51 million deal last summer from RB Leipzig and played during the first half of the campaign.

Due to Barca not meeting wage cap restrictions, Olmo is not available for the second half of the campaign, through the club is hoping an appeal could be successful.
Away from this, the January transfer window has now opened and opportunities have emerged in the market for players who are due to become free agents in the summer.
Players whose deals expire at the end of June can now speak to foreign clubs and come to a pre-contract agreement about a move in a few months from now.
And according to a report from Spanish publication El Nacional, Barca are seeking to sign four players on free transfers this summer in what would be some very eye-catching deals.

These include raiding the Bundesliga for Bayer Leverkusen's Jonathan Tah, as well as Bayern Munich duo Joshua Kimmich and Leroy Sane.
And the Catalan side are also targeting the acquisition of Tottenham Hotspur's Heung-min Son from the Premier League.
Should Barcelona sign all four players, it would add huge quality and experience to Flick's side, but it remains to be seen what other changes would happen in the squad to facilitate the moves to happen and meet La Liga's wage cap restrictions.
