Spanish football’s top flight, La Liga are reportedly set to change their logo ahead of the 23/24 season.
For the last 30 years, football fans have been accustomed to the La Liga logo which included the iconic multi-coloured wheel.
However, ahead of the new season, the logo is set to be revamped.

According to Footy Headlines, the new logo will ditch the multi-coloured wheel and instead feature a pale red colour.
The logo will also feature a modern “ll” symbol which stands for La Liga.
In addition to the logo change, it has been reported by Footy Headlines that La Liga will be known as “LaLiga EA Sports FC” from next season due to their new title partnership with EA Sports.

Fans were quick to react to the apparent new logo on social media.
One said: “Wow, can't wait for the 2023-2024 season to see this groundbreaking new logo... said no one ever.”
Another tweeted: “That is genuinely the worst downgrade ever.”

A third fan added: “Forget this. Remember when it was La Liga BBVA.”
Someone else wrote: “It looks better, but the OG laliga logo can never be replaced.”
Whilst a fifth commented: “Seems they’re matching the downgrade with the badge along with the downgrade of the league.”
A La Liga spokesperson told SPORTbible that the new logo was being worked on but there was no confirmation of its exact design at this stage.

As a result of the victory, Xavi’s men are now 11 points ahead of second-placed Real Madrid with eight matches to play.
