Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp pulled his hamstring as he sprinted over to the fourth official to celebrate Diogo Jota's last gasp winner against Tottenham.
It will go down as one of the more entertaining games of the 2022/23 campaign.
There was shades of Déjà vu for Ryan Mason's side on Sunday, when Liverpool went 3-0 up after just 15 minutes.

Goals from Curtis Jones, Luis Diaz and a Mohamed Salah penalty resulted in some of the travelling support leaving the stadium, just like some did when Newcastle knocked five past them last week.
To their credit, though, Spurs showed some fighting spirit after they went three goals behind.
Harry Kane and Son Heung-min – like they have done on so many occasions down the years – sparked the comeback.

And in the 93rd minute, it looked like former Everton forward Richarlison had rescued a point when he headed past Alisson.
But seconds later, Lucas Moura's wayward pass landed at the feet of Diogo Jota, who fired past Fraser Forster to send Anfield into delirium.
In fact, as Jota celebrated the finish, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp sprinted towards the fourth official to give him a piece of his mind.
While doing so, however, Klopp pulled his hamstring before hobbling down the touchline to celebrate with his backroom staff.

Clutching the back of his leg in discomfort, the German went over to The Kop to deliver his trademark fist pumps, although they were a tad more reserved than usual.
Here's how Twitter reacted to the scenes.
One said: "Jurgen Klopp pulling his hamstring and getting booked while celebrating in front of the Tottenham dugout might be the funniest thing I've seen in football. Karma."
A second wrote: "That's genuinely two of the funniest minutes of football I've seen. Klopp doing his hamstring just topped it all off. Incredible stuff,"

A third added: "Klopp pulling a hamstring celebrating is wonderful. They should have used it as time-wasting. Stop the match to get the medics out to treat him."
