Jurgen Klopp appears to suggest that he could REFUSE to pay his £75,000 fine following his sanction by the FA.
The Liverpool boss was hit with a hefty fine after his outburst against match referee Paul Tierney following his side's 4-3 win over Tottenham.
He accused Tierney of having an agenda against his team as he slammed the official during his post-match interview.

Klopp will sit in the stands of Anfield for Liverpool's final home Premier League game against Aston Villa on Saturday.
But in terms of the monetary punishment, he could withhold from paying his £75,000 fine unless the FA tell him where the money goes.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference ahead of Liverpool's game against Villa, he said: "I expected the punishment with all the things that were being said and it’s OK.

"I would like to know, like always, where the money goes and, if it is to a good cause, I will be happy to pay it."
The German added: "If the FA keep it then we will have to talk again because that would be pretty harsh."
There could be a frosty standoff with England's ruling body over his fine.
Liverpool, meanwhile, are still hoping to secure a top-four finish so they can play Champions League football next season.
