Jesse Lingard has been released by Nottingham Forest, the club have confirmed.
The former Manchester United star joined the club in the summer on a one-year deal, securing a whopping £200,000 per-week deal at the City Ground.
However, he has played just 17 games for the club and failed to score a single Premier League goal.

While his only goals came in the Carabao Cup which saw the Midlands club reach the semi-finals, where they were defeated by Lingard's former club, Manchester United.
In turn, Forest boss Steve Cooper has decided against re-signing the 30-year-old, who will head into the summer transfer window without a club.
Nottingham forest confirmed the news via their website, revealing that André Ayew, Cafú, Jack Colback, Jesse Lingard, Jordan Smith, Lyle Taylor, would all also leave the club.

A statement read: "The club would like to thank each player for their contributions during their time at The City Ground."
Lingard enjoyed a fantastic loan spell at West Ham in 2021, scoring nine goals in 16 games for the Hammers before returning to old Trafford, where he was released after a poor campaign.
David Moyes was allegedly eager to sign him permanently last summer, but they were beaten to the his signature by Forest.
On the other hand, Forest have extended Serge Aurier's stay by a year. While Keylor Navas, Dean Henderson and Renan Lodi have returned to their parent clubs after the end of their loans.

But Chris Wood's loan will be made permanent from Newcastle when the transfer window opens, with plenty of competition for places over at St James' Park.
