Ivan Toney has responded in the best way possible after a mouthy fan had a dig at him online.
The Brentford striker went into the archives and dug up a classic one-liner reply – the sort of which we're used to hearing in the school yard among 14-year-olds.
To be fair to him, though, it's an absolute belter.
Back in November of 2022, Toney was charged with over 230 counts of breaching strict betting rules in a space of four years between 2017 and 2021.

An investigation is still ongoing, although Toney continues to lead the line for Brentford.
His prolific form in front of goal, hitting the back of the net on 14 occasions, has seen the Bees climb to ninth on the Premier League table.
But with these allegations still hanging over him, some sets of fans can't help but wind him up about it at any given opportunity.

Now an old Instagram comeback has re-surfaced and it's pure gold.
Toney posted a picture of himself on social media posing for a photograph, captioning it: “I be chillin”
To which one user, known as Joe, replied: “On your way to the bookies?”
But Toney wasn't going to back down easily, wasting no time in returning serve with a screamer.

“Nah, your mum’s gaff,” he simply said.
Joe did issue a response, although it wasn't a particularly good one, saying: "What’s the odds on that happening then?"
Toney's comeback racked up almost 10,000 likes with hundreds more commenting under it, clearly in stitches.
Although the exchange happened 5 weeks ago, it has been dug up by a bunch of sports publishers.

ODDSbible posted a screenshot of it on Twitter and fans were loving it.
One person commented: "What a guy."
As another added: "Fair play, what a comeback."
While a third joked: "Look, Joe took a gamble… it’s not paid out."
