Two contestants on the popular quiz show 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' missed out on £50,000 after failing to give the correct answer to a football-related question – but would you get it right?
According to Who Wants To Be a Millionaire.com the rules state: "The show features a millionaire quiz, where contestants attempt to answer a series of multiple-choice questions in sequence.
“There are 15 questions in all. Each question is worth a specific amount of prize. There are no time limits to answer the questions. Contestants can also get three Lifelines to assist them if they get stuck on a particular question and are not sure of the answer.

“The questions are structured under five different Levels of increasing difficulty. Each level contains three questions.
“Questions that are grouped into the same level have the same difficulty. For example: Questions 1-3 are in the first level and are the easiest. The second level (Questions 4 – 6) will be slightly more difficult.
"The third level (Questions 7 – 9) will be harder than the second level. The fourth level (Questions 10-12) will feature really difficult questions. The hardest questions are in the fifth and last level (Questions 13 – 15).

Now that is cleared up, let's get to the football question.
The show, aired back in 2019 while Chris Tarrant was host, featured a football-related questions that most fans would fancy their chances of getting right.
Comedian Russell Kane and Loose Women panelist Gloria Hunniford were taking part in the show when they were asked "Someone who has watched a match at every English Premier and Football League ground is eligible for membership of which club?"

Kane, 49, was allowed to use his option to phone a friend and chose broadcaster Greg Jones.
Jones, 39, advised Kane to answer saying "I would say 32", the contestants then deliberated the answer before Kane took the money (£20,000) after admitting he was unsure of the answer.
And as you may well know the answer was 'The 92 club' as 92 clubs play within the Football League and Premier League.
