Michail Antonio was involved in an awkward moment live on Sky Sports after being told about a West Ham United transfer.
On Wednesday night, Liverpool travelled to Craven Cottage for the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final clash against Fulham.
Having led 2-1 from the first leg, a 1-1 draw in London was enough for Jurgen Klopp’s men to secure their passage to Wembley, where they will face Chelsea.
During Sky Sports’ coverage of the match, Antonio was asked about the potential deal which will see Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips join West Ham on loan until the end of the 23/24 season.

After being told the news, the Hammers forward let out a wry smile before saying: “First I'm hearing of that!”
On the back of Antonio’s admission, presenter Mark Chapman and fellow pundits Steve Sidwell and Daniel Sturridge burst into laughter.
Since leaving Leeds United for City back in the summer of 2022, Phillips has only started two Premier League matches for the club.
This season, he has made 10 appearances across all competitions, scoring once in the Champions League.

Speaking last month, City boss Pep Guardiola said he felt sorry for Phillips.
He said: “I feel so sorry for my decision for him. I've said that many times. He doesn't deserve what has happened to him and I'm so sorry.
“The only thing I can say about him is I am asking for good personalities and characters and he is a perfect example. And after that I have to give him something and I didn't do that.”
Guardiola added: “It's just because I visualise some things and visualise the team and things - and I struggle to see him.

“I'm not very pleased [with myself] and I am so sorry for him. I will not say that [to him] because it is a business and I have to be a professional.”
