Wayne Rooney wanted to apply for law school after becoming obsessed with the 'Wagatha Christie' trial, his wife Coleen has revealed.
Wagatha Christie was the name given to the 2022 libel case involving Coleen and Rebekah Vardy, the wife of Leicester legend Jamie.
Rooney accused Vardy of leaking stories from her private Instagram account to The Sun, with Vardy then suing for libel.

The case went to court and attracted significant media coverage, with Rooney's claims eventually deemed to be 'substantially true'. Vardy's claim was dismissed and she was forced to pay £3 million.
Wayne was pictured accompanying Coleen to the court on each day, and even gave evidence at the trial.
That resulted in an infamous court portrait of the Manchester United legend going viral, with one Twitter user claiming it made him look like WWE legend Triple H.
A Disney+ documentary surrounding the events of the trial, titled 'Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story', will release this Wednesday, featuring lengthy interviews with Coleen about the case.
