Former Watford star Troy Deeney has claimed he is better than Harry Kane in certain areas as a striker.
Deeney rose to prominence after scoring the winning goal in injury time during Watford's infamous 2013 Championship play-off semi-final clash against Leicester.
The goal sparked carnage at Vicarage Road, as it came just under a minute after Anthony Knockaert had missed a penalty to win the game for Leicester.

Watford would get promoted to the Premier League a year later. Deeney, as their spearhead, would go on to net a more than respectable 47 goals in five top flight seasons.
After a spell back in his home city with Birmingham last season, the 35-year-old is now a player-coach at League Two side Forest Green.
His time at his new club, at least on the pitch, didn't exactly get off to the perfect start, but he smashed in a hat-trick during a 4-3 defeat to Notts County on Saturday to show that the goalscoring instincts are still very much there.

Deeney didn't leave Watford during his prime years, but recently revealed he had the opportunity to join Jose Mourinho at Tottenham.
And the striker would have played alongside Kane at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Now, speaking on the 'Winners Talking' podcast, Deeney claims he is better than the England captain as a striker - but in specific areas.
He began: "Is Kane a better footballer than Deeney? Absolutely. I'd be f***ing naive to say he's not. Is he a better finisher than me? Yes."

Deeney then continued: "Can he head a ball better than me? No. Can he control a ball better than me, like look after it when there's two men on his back? No.
"So when you're winning a game in the 85th minute and you need someone to come on because he's getting a bit tired or whatever, he can't do what I can do.
"If I was gonna go in at Spurs, that would have been my role. That's it. That's what I'm talking about. But apparently that was a weird thing to say.
"But also, here's something that I will say, and anyone that knows me and anyone who's played with me say this.

"Can he be honest every single day and say he outworked Troy?"
