Spurs are reportedly one of three Premier League clubs interested in signing former Manchester United star Andreas Pereira.
Pereira has just completed his second season with Fulham in the Premier League and established himself as a key player under Marco Silva, playing 37 out of 38 games.
And Globe Esporte say that the Brazil international has interest from Spurs, Newcastle and newly qualified Champions League side Aston Villa.
Fulham are believed to have rejected offers from both Atletico Madrid and Al Ettifaq for Pereira in recent seasons.

However, he is now "unlikely" to stay put at Craven Cottage, with both parties feeling as though it could be right time for a move.
Agent Kia Joorabchian is responsible for discussions, with Pereira focused on the upcoming Copa America tournament with Brazil.
There is a suggestion that a strong campaign for the 28-year-old could see further clubs come in for him.

He does have ambitions to play in the Champions League, which could put Villa in pole position.
Pereira moved to United as a youngster in 2011 and made 75 appearances before departing in 2022.
He did not speak to Erik ten Hag prior to his exit, having already met him years ago when he left PSV for United.
“This was when I came back to England, to Fulham," he said on the FIVE podcast.

"Erik ten Hag, he worked at PSV when I was 16 years old. Before leaving for United, the [PSV] president and Erik ten Hag came to speak to me and my dad and said, ‘Look everything is set up for you at PSV, if you stay here you’re going to play in the first team’. But I’d just been to United and spoke with Fergie. I was like, ‘I’m going to United’.
“That’s why I didn’t want to speak to Erik because I knew him and I knew that, at the time, it was always a conversation, like, ‘Andreas, stay here. You’re not going to play every game, maybe one game in every three, you’ll be around the squad’. That’s not what I wanted, I wanted to play.“
