Harry Kane might finally get his hands on a major trophy if his mooted transfer to Bayern Munich does actually come off.
Bayern struck a deal with Spurs to sign the England captain for £86 million and Kane was given permission to complete the transfer.
The move looked like it might be in limbo for a brief period when Spurs revoked permission for him to travel to Germany to complete his medical only to then provide the seal of approval.
However, the switch is still expected to go through, with Kane taking on the No.9 shirt at the Bavarian giants.

It appears as though he is putting his pursuit of finally lifting silverware ahead of his push to break Alan Shearer's Premier Leagues goals record.
The 30-year-old is almost guaranteed to lift a prize with Bayern, who have won the Bundesliga eleven season in a row.
In his career, the England skipper has lost Champions League and League Cup finals with Spurs, as well as the Euro 2020 showpiece against Italy on penalties.
But here are nine other notable players who have never won a major trophy.
Matt Le Tissier
Although he's not quite known for it these days, 'Le Tiss' was a sensational football in his pomp and his goal catalogue is absolutely outrageous.
Advert
He remained loyal to Southampton and his entire career at the Saints and never got his hands on a trophy, although he once said it "gave me as much pleasure as winning a medal if I’d gone somewhere else".
Socrates
He's widely deemed to be one of the greatest Brazilians ever to play the beautiful game but Socrates' trophy cabinet was merely made up of regional titles. He never won a national title with Botafogo, Corinthians or Flamengo, nor did he win an international honour with Brazil.
Antonio Di Natale
A serious striker, Di Natale netted 227 goals in 446 games for Udinese and won the Serie A Golden Boot award on two occasions.

But the closest he came to a trophy was at Euro 2012, where he was part of the Italy side who reached the final but were beaten 4-0 by Spain's 'Golden Generation'.
Bernd Schneider
There might just have been some sort of curse placed on the former Germany international. The gifted midfielder is synonymous with silver rather than gold after a series of runners up medals - including twice in the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal with Bayer Leverkusen.

He also lost the Champions League final to Real Madrid's Galacticos, before tasting defeat in the World Cup final against Brazil in a forgettable 2002.
Johnny Haynes
Nicknamed "the Maestro", the first £100-a-week player Haynes spent his best years at Fulham and racked up nearly 150 league goals between 1952 and 1972. He was third in the Ballon d'Or back in 1961 and captained England - though he finished his international ventures four years before the 1966 World Cup triumph.
Stan Collymore
Pep Guardiola infamously had no idea who he was in a press conference and that may stem from the fact that former Liverpool man Collymore never won a major honour.
Advert
He helped Nottingham Forest win promotion to the Premier League with a second-placed finish and was at Leicester when they won the League Cup in 2000 - though he was cup-tied and therefore didn't get a medal.
Luigi Di Biagio
Di Biagio played for big sides like Roma and Inter Milan, as well as playing 31 times for Italy. But unfortunately he had to make do with second place in Serie A, the Coppa Italia, Supercoppa and Euro 2000.
Yildiray Basturk
The second former Bayer Leverkusen on the list, Basturk was part of the team beaten by Real at Hampden Park - while he also finished third at the World Cup and Confederations Cup with Turkey.
Rob Lee
Lee did win the First Division with Newcastle but that doesn't quite cut it as major and so he takes up the final slot on the list. The former England midfielder was a Premier League runner up on two occasions with Newcastle, and also lost back-to-back FA Cup finals in the 1990s.
