The real reason why Brennan Johnson's kit during Tottenham's win over Newcastle was missing the club badge has been revealed.
Spurs were back to their best under Ange Postecoglou on Sunday as they swept Newcastle aside, winning 4-1 in London following a run of five matches without a win.
Richarlison (2), Destiny Udogie and Son Heung-min were on the score sheet in the game, with Joelinton scoring a late consolation as the Magpies' poor away form continued.

In the mayhem, though, eagle-eyed viewers noticed something peculiar with Brennan Johnson's kit - it didn't have his club logo on.
The winger put in another impressive showing for his new side since joining from Nottingham Forest in the summer, looking right at home on the right wing of Spurs' re-shuffled front three.
He hit the post in the second half and threatened throughout the game, though the lack of badge on his kit left viewers confused.

The reason why there was no logo has now been revealed however - it simply didn't iron on properly, according to The Sun.
It's thought that the crests on Tottenham's kits are ironed on rather than sewn on, as has often been the way with a number of other clubs in recent times.
It's generally viewed that ironing on crests saves time and money with player often changing their shirts for each match, regularly giving them to fans or opposition players in shirt swaps.

Johnson is believed to have started the game with the crest on his shirt, but reports suggest it fell off during the game - and hasn't been seen since.
Spurs will have been relieved to secure the win over Newcastle to prevent their free-fall since an impressive start to the season.
The result leaves them fifth in the league table and three points behind champions Manchester City in fourth - though it is possible that fifth place may secure Champions League qualification in the division this season.
