Spain have announced their provisional squad for this summer’s Euro 2024.
Ahead of the tournament, which will take place in Germany, many big nations have already announced their preliminary squads, inclduing the likes of England, Italy, France and the Netherlands.
On Monday morning, 2008 and 2012 winners Spain announced their provisional squad.
Premier League stars Rodri, David Raya and Marc Cucurella were selected but there was no place for Tottenham Hotspur defender Pedro Porro.

Barcelona wonderkids Pau Cubarsi, Lamine Yamal and Fermin Lopez were all included but Pablo Gavi missed out as he continues to recover from his anterior cruciate ligament injury.
Real Madrid's Champions League semi-final hero Joselu, who previously played in the Premier League for Stoke City and Newcastle United was also picked for the squad.
Speaking at the press conference, Spain boss Luis De la Fuente said: “All players have the same options to be in the Euro 2024, I want to make that clear from the beginning. This larger list is to minimize risks and also cover any unforeseen events.

“We are protecting ourselves and covering any contingency that could arise. Yes, there is overpopulation now, but the decisions that must be made to go to the 26 of the Euro Cup will be made.”
He added: “We look for what any coach looks for: find the best possible team.
“We have very competitive forwards. Regarding @AyozePG, I think it is time to give him this opportunity.”
