Wrexham co-owner Rob McElhenney has called out Ryan Reynolds in his latest social media post.
Back in 2020, Hollywood stars McElhenney and Reynolds took over Welsh club Wrexham in a deal worth a reported £2 million.
Since then, the pair have invested heavily in a bid to lead the club back to the English Football League.
Over the last two seasons, the Red Dragons secured back-to-back promotions from the National League to League Two and then to League One.

Ahead of the new season, on the back of the Deadpool & Wolverine film, McElhenney took on social media to take a jibe at fellow Wrexham owner Reynolds.
He wrote on his official X account: “I traveled 6 thousand miles to shoot my cameo. I hope you enjoyed it because the theater I was watching in had mistakenly cut it out.
“Since I KNOW Ryan wouldn’t do me like that, I look forward to catching the movie and my cameo again today! #DeadpoolandWolverine.”
Reacting to McElhenney, one fan said: “I was genuinely expecting to see ya the whole movie and didn’t so this makes a lot of sense.”

Another tweeted: “Very cool spoiler! Damnit rob!”
A third fan added: “Loool I wish the movie needs you Rob.”
Someone else wrote: “Pretty sure Ryan could do that , I totally kinda doubt he’d do that to you though. Or would he?”
Wrexham are currently in the middle of their pre-season tour of North America. They started with a 1-1 draw against Bournemouth before drawing 2-2 with Chelsea.
