Football is by far the world's biggest sport, with billions of viewers across the globe tuning in to enjoy the sport every single week, but what team is the biggest?
The English Premier League is by far the most watched division in the world, with many considering it to be the highest level of domestic competition.
However, there are clubs all across Europe whose fanbases can rival that of the Premier League sides, with the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona, Inter/AC Milan, and Bayern Munich who would all argue they are the world's biggest and best.
Thanks to Google, we can now officially work out what team takes home the crown, as uswitch.com have used Google data to create a map of the most searched foreign football team in every country possible.

The map can be broken down continentally and in the top two have remained unchanged in every single one.
Unsurprisingly it's Real Madrid who dominate the map, with the Spanish giants sitting at the top of the podium in every single continent.
However, second place may come as a surprise, (a rather unfortunate one for Man United fans) as Liverpool takes second place globally, topping the charts with 34 countries globally.

There is one positive for United fans, as they sit above their local rivals Manchester City, with 27 and 20 countries topped respectively.
Despite Real Madrid's dominance at the top, it's the Premier League clubs who appear to have the biggest influence with four of the top five clubs being English.
