A table has revealed which Premier League team has impacted the most by VAR decisions since the start of the 2019/20 season.
The introduction of the video assistant referee (VAR) is perhaps the most controversial choice made by football officials in recent years.
Fans of all teams that compete in leagues with VAR installed will all be able to recall at least one moment when a last-minute winner or an absolute screamer was chalked off for a tight offside.

But now, a new Premier League table has revealed which side in the top English division has been hit the hardest by VAR since its introduction in the 2019/20 season.
The data, gather by ESPN's Dale Johnson, shows that of the 27 teams to compete in the Premier League in the last five seasons, Wolverhampton Wanderers have been impacted by VAR the most.
Since 2019, Wolves lost a net total of 13 goals after decisions either for or against them were overturned with the assistance of the VAR official.

Just last weekend, as Wolves welcomed Premier League champions Manchester City, a last second winner from City defender John Stones was controversially given following a VAR check.
The total for the midlands club is more than double any other side to compete in the league, with both Leeds United and Norwich City tied in second place having lost a net total of six goals.
At the other end of the table, Fulham have benefitted the most from the introduction of VAR, with a net total 11 goals either given to the London club, or disallowed for their opponents.
They are closely followed by Brentford, who have gained a net total of ten goals thanks to VAR checks.

London rivals Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are the only 'big six' clubs to have a negative total, with -2 and -1 respectively.
Meanwhile, Liverpool and Arsenal, who meet in a mouth-watering Premier League clash on Sunday, both maintain a neutral net total of zero, despite both clubs being involved in several VAR controversies.

Both Manchester United and local rivals Manchester City have benefitted from VAR coming into the league, with net totals of one and three.
