The Italian media have made their feelings clear on Scott McTominay since his summer arrival from Manchester United.
McTominay has put together a string of impressive performances since joining Antonio Conte’s side.
On Friday, he netted his first Serie A goal, against Como, for his new club. Previously, he scored in Napoli’s win over Palermo in the Coppa Italia on September 26.

The Scot is on his way to becoming a fan favourite with Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport being impressed with his presence as a ‘central striker’ and a ‘wide holding’ midfielder.
They even dubbed him as a ‘tactical key’ to the Italian side.
The praise did not stop there, with Tuttosport emphasising his ‘incredible impact on the Italian league’.
Fellow Italy-based publication Corriere dello Sport highlighted his ‘crazy energy'.

Tuttomercatoweb also believes his impact was ‘incredible’, as he has became ‘a key player for Conte’.
During his time at United, McTominay was used widely as an impact substitute but did make 32 league appearances for Erik ten Hag’s side last season. He came up with several important goals and started the Red Devils’ FA Cup final victory over Manchester City in May.
Almost rubbing salt in United's wounds, who have huge problems of their own, former striker Romelu Lukaku has hit a rich vein of form since arriving in Naples.
The Belgian netted a penalty in Napoli’s 3-1 win over Como before David Neres added a third four minutes from time. Lukaku’s goal was his third since returning to Italy, he has also registered four assists in just five Serie A appearances.

After Napoli’s victory over Palermo last week, manager Conte was quick to praise his new signing.
“Scott has goals in his blood, he’s very good at moving forward, has technique as well as height and physicality. He has in his DNA a good number of goals,” said the former Chelsea boss.
On a team level, things could hardly have started better for the midfielder. After Friday night’s fixture, Napoli went top of the league on 16 points after registering five wins, one draw and one defeat in their first seven games of the campaign.
