Ruben Amorim reportedly wants Manchester United to go 'all out' to sign a player that Erik ten Hag previously could not sign.
Amorim completed two permanent signings in his first transfer window as United boss, with Patrick Dorgu and Ayden Heaven arriving from Lecce and Arsenal respectively.
Business was relatively limited in January due to Financial Fair Play concerns, but outgoing loan moves for Antony and Marcus Rashford to Real Betis and Aston Villa respectively allowed some moves to take place.

Amorim should have wider scope to operate with in the summer, though his exact transfer budget is yet to made clear.
According to The Sun, however, he is already planning a major move - for a player that previous manager Erik ten Hag was denied the opportunity to bring to Old Trafford.
Amorim wants United to go 'all out' to sign Jarrad Branthwaite from Everton, with United ready to meet a valuation of over £50 million.
He was impressive against United in a 2-2 draw between the two sides last month, with the clash at Goodison Park allowing Amorim to take a closer look at his prospective signing.
But such a valuation would appear incredibly low from an Everton perspective, given the Toffees now have new owners and do not appear to under any pressure to sell the England international.

United made an offer of £50 million for Branthwaite last summer but that deal was rejected, with minority co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe indicating that the club would not budge on their own valuation of each transfer target in the summer.
It was claimed that the Toffees were holding out for at least £70 million, with Branthwaite having signed a new long-term contract in 2023.
That deal will keep at him at Everton until 2027, and the Toffees will want to keep one of their key players as they move into their new Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium next season.
And The Sun claim that Branthwaite himself will only leave the Merseyside club if a team playing in the Champions League makes an acceptable bid.

United will not qualify for that competition through their Premier League finishing position, and can only do so via winning this season's Europa League.
