Man Utd fans spot exact moment in Arsenal win that shows Ruben Amorim has 'completely changed the mentality'

Manchester United beat Arsenal in the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon.

Manchester United fans have pinpointed the moment which shows Ruben Amorim has completely changed the team's mentality.

On Sunday afternoon, the Red Devils produced a brilliant performance as they took on Arsenal in the third round of the FA Cup at the Emirates Stadium.

Bruno Fernandes gave United the lead before Gabriel Magalhaes equalised as the teams could not be separated after 120 minutes of action.

In the end, Kai Havertz missed a crucial spot kick as United sealed their place in the fourth round by winning via a penalty shootout.

After the match, United fans picked out a moment during the closing stages which proved to them that Amorim has changed the mentality of the players.

The footage shows the United players sprinting back to defend in stoppage time after their own free-kick was caught by Gunners goalkeeper David Raya.

The likes of Matthijs de Ligt, Toby Collyer, Amad Diallo and Joshua Zirkzee were all busting their guts to get back into position as Arsenal launched a late counter-attack.

Reacting on social media, one fan said: "YES! This is the clip I've been looking for. 90+1, look how every single United player immediately started sprinting back to defend the moment Raya got the ball.

"Now, this is a proper team fighting to win. Amorim has completely changed the mentality."

Another tweeted: "Something snapped after the Newcastle loss. Since then we’ve looked completely different."

A third fan added: "This is the big difference in football under Amorim and before his arrival."

Someone else wrote: "If we maintain this attitude, we will turn around back to greatness."

A fifth commented: "The shift in mentality is clearly visible; we just need to improve our football, which will obviously develop with more time on the training field."

Another fan said: "Something we see in all the good teams. Amorim is going to get us there."

As a result of beating Arsenal, United can now look forward to a fourth-round tie against Leicester City at Old Trafford.
