Richard Keys stunned Andy Gray as he named his shock managerial pick to replace Ruben Amorim at Manchester United.
Man United slumped to their 15th Premier League defeat of the season on Sunday.
Amorim's side suffered a crushing 1-0 home defeat to Wolves as Pablo Sarabia converted a stunning free-kick in the second-half.

After the game, Amorim issued a scathing assessment of his side's latest defeat but spared two of his players from criticism.
His future has been scrutinised ahead of the summer, when Amorim will have a full pre-season, having been appointed last November.
Keys questioned Amorim's position at Man United and put forward a name who could replace the 40-year-old Portuguese.
On beIN SPORTS, he told Andy Gray: "The question is, would you trust him now, from what we’ve seen, to rebuild Manchester United with another £250m?"
To which Gray replied: "If you don’t, then who? That is the question."

Keys then proposed Gareth Southgate, saying: "Do you want me to answer the question? Gareth Southgate."
Gray was taken back by Keys' Southgate suggestion.
He responded: "On what grounds?"
Keys referenced Southgate's spell with England, arguing: "On the grounds that he’s taken England to two European Championship finals.

"He understands a modern player and what’s required in order to make the modern player feel good about himself, his football team and the club he plays for.
"He’s a master of manipulation and motivation."

Gray added: "Sorry, is this the same Gareth Southgate I’ve heard you chat to me about all these years?

"Come on! Manipulator and motivator? Keysey - he won nothing!"
Southgate failed to deliver a major trophy for England but guided the national team to two Euros final.
"You cannot knock the fact he took England to two finals and was a whisker away from winning something," Keys said. "He is available, and he’s highly regarded as a coach.
"His club career was not littered with success but what I’m saying is that he’s grown as a coach, working with the finest talent available, into somebody who is a big club character.

"So why not? I believe he’s someone who understands the modern player as well or better than most. Speak to people who have worked with him and they will give him a glowing reference."
