The Qatari group bidding to purchase Manchester United have made their position clear amid Sir Jim Ratcliffe's new proposal.
Man United were put on the market by the Glazer family in November 2022.
But a deal to sell the Premier League outfit has yet to materialise despite the strong interest from Ratcliffe and Qatari banker Sheikh Jassim.

Amid the uncertainty of the sale, it had been reported that Man United's current American owners were considering taking the club off the market and sell again in 2025.
But Ratcliffe's latest proposal caught the attention of the Glazers, who are thought to be considering the 70-year-old's offer of £1.5 billion for a 25 per cent stake.
One insider close to the process has described his bid as 'feasible'.

However, the Qatari group will NOT increase their existing offer of £5 billion despite the threat posed by the British billionaire's bid, according to The Times.
Sources close to the Qatari group say that the news of Ratcliffe's restructured offer amounts to another pressure tactic designed to make them increase their own bid.
The Qataris are standing firm on their £5 billion bid to buy 100 per cent of Man United and remain convinced the £6 billion price tag is too high.

Sheikh Jassim is committed to wiping out their debts and investing in the men's and women's team as well as the academy.
The takeover saga of the Red Devils continues to rumble on, with the Qataris still interested in acquiring the club despite Ratcliffe's latest play.
