Manchester United are having a messy time on the pitch at the moment - and that seems to be the case off it too, after the Old Trafford roof started leaking once again.
United lost for the second home game in a row, with a 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace in the Premier League thanks to Joachim Anderson's first half strike.
The result has left Erik ten Hag's side sitting tenth in the top flight table after seven games, nine points behind league leaders and rivals Manchester City.

It's been a difficult start to the new campaign for United and another longstanding issue off the pitch reared its head once again during the loss to Palace.
For several years now, Old Trafford has had a problem with a leaking roof as the stadium shows its age and a lack of substantial infrastructure investment for quite some time.
Old Trafford last underwent an expansion in 2006, almost 20 years ago. This issue becomes all the more prevalent when it rains, which tends to happen quite a lot in Manchester.

And the problem of Old Trafford's leaking roof became apparent once more during the defeat to Palace when the heavens opened.
A United fan in the Stretford End has posted a video to the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, showing himself getting soaked, despite being under cover.
Kyle Hall - @KyleHall1996 - posted the video, with the caption: "It was a wet one at Old Trafford today. The Glazers need to invest in fixing the roof of the stadium."

And fellow United fans have responded to the video with their dismay towards the club at the problem and called for investment in Old Trafford.

@ijblanchard93 posted: "The glazers will never ever invest in Manchester United. Can’t bloody wait until Manchester United is invested."
