There is an agreement that Viktor Gyokeres can leave Sporting CP next summer for a cut-price fee, according to reports, as the striker continues to be linked with a Premier League move.
Since joining Sporting from Coventry City in 2023, the 26-year-old has scored 62 goals in 64 games for Ruben Amorim's side, including 12 goals in the Primeira Liga this season.
As a result of his superb form, Gyokeres continues to be linked with a move away, with Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea all interested in his signature, according to Sky's Florian Plettenberg.

The Sweden international has a €100 million [£83.4m] release clause in his contract, which expires in June 2028, but there is an agreement that Gyokeres can leave Sporting for as little as €60 million [£50m].
A move in the winter is currently not planned, according to Plettenberg, but a transfer in the summer is 'very likely'. All of the previously mentioned clubs have been informed about the transfer agreement.
Manchester United, meanwhile, have yet to express an interest in the player but they could make a move if Ruben Amorim leaves Sporting for Old Trafford.

In fact, Amorim’s imminent arrival could give United the edge in the race to sign Gyokeres, according to Football Insider.
Back in April, when Amorim was being linked with the Liverpool job, Gyokeres' agent said it would be "more difficult" for the Swede to remain at Sporting should his current manager depart for pastures new.
"It doesn’t surprise me that Ruben is being linked to Liverpool, it’s normal, his work is of a high level, it’s what the clubs are looking for," Hasan Cetinkaya told Portuguese outlet A Bola.
"Yes, it will be more difficult for Viktor to stay if Ruben Amorim leaves Sporting because Viktor came precisely because of Ruben. The day we met, I said to Ruben: “Here’s my boy, he came to Sporting because of you'."

Cetinkaya recalls eight teams being interested in Gyokeres’ signature before he decided to leave Coventry for Sporting, where he has established himself as one of Europe's top strikers.
