Manchester United full-back Noussair Mazraoui has successfully undergone a minor precautionary corrective procedure after experiencing heart palpitations.
The 26-year-old, who joined United from Bayern Munich in the summer for a reported £12.8 million, has established himself as Erik ten Hag's first-choice right-back in recent weeks.
Mazraoui has made 10 appearances in all competitions for the Reds, including six starts in the league.

He was replaced at half-time in United's clash against Aston Villa on Sunday and later withdrew from the Morocco squad for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers this month.
Now, he is expected to miss a handful of games in the coming weeks after undergoing a minor precautionary corrective procedure following heart palpitations, which is believed to be a relatively common condition.
Mazraoui is expected to make a full recovery, according to Manchester Evening News reporter Samuel Luckhurst, who suggests the defender will be available for selection within the next few weeks.

United, meanwhile, have stressed that his condition is not an emergency.
After the goalless draw with Aston Villa on Sunday, Erik ten Hag was asked about the substitutions of Noussair Mazraoui and Harry Maguire.
"We have to take them off at half-time," he said. "Tomorrow [Monday] we have to see what is the diagnosis on it."
Ten Hag added: "We have to assess this. I can’t tell you now what the issue is. I know what the issue is but [I cannot say now] how good or bad it is. We have to see assess this tomorrow [Monday] and then we will bring you news."

With Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia still recovering from injury, Diogo Dalot has been a regular at left-back this season but he may have to step in to replace Mazraoui.
