Erling Haaland's dad didn't have a great time after the FA Cup after he was bombarded with chants from Manchester United fans.

United beat rivals City 2-1 in the FA Cup final to secure a second trophy under Erik ten Hag and deny Pep Guardiola's men a domestic double.

Starlets Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo were on target in the first half, before Jeremy Doku pulled one back late on for City.

But despite their best efforts in the second half, City's 35-game unbeaten run came to an end and United claimed their 13th FA Cup.

United fans with in joyous mood and unfortunately Haaland's dad, Alf-Inge, felt their wrath on the journey home.

The former City and Leeds player was on the tube minding his own business after watching his son in the final.

Yet a section of United fans decided to aim Roy Keane chants at him and though he didn't outright respond, it was clear to see the Norwegian wasn't best pleased.

Former United captain Keane was sent off for a horror tackle on Haaland Sr back in 2001.

It was seen as an act of revenge from the Irishman following a previous incident between the pair where Keane suffered a cruciate ligament injury.

Keane received a £5,000 fine and three-match ban for the challenge and said he would never apologise.

Haaland, a boyhood City fan, has received chants of "Keano!" and "Haaland how's your dad?" from United fans and used it as fuel to the fire.

The two-time Premier League Golden Boot winner bagged home and away against United this season - taking his tally against the Red Devils to six.

But he drew a blank in the final on Saturday, coming closest with an effort which smacked the woodwork.

After receiving criticism from Keane this term, the former Borussia Dortmund man simply said, "I really don't care about that man, so that's all right".
