David Beckham will reportedly be offered a role at Manchester United if Qatari banker Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani is successful with his bid.
Since November 2022, United have been put on sale by the club’s current owners, the Glazer family.
It has been well documented that Sheikh Jassim and INEOS boss Sir Jim Ratcliffe are the frontrunners to become the new owners of the Old Trafford club.

However, a deal is yet to materialise amid speculations that the Glazers could now take the club off the market and sell again in 2025.
According to talkSPORT presenter Anil Kandola, Beckham has been in contact with the Qataris to become more vocal in his support of their bid for United.
He wrote: “Was told last night that David Beckham has been in direct contact with the Qataris & has been requested to become more vocal in his support of the bid for #MUFC.

“He’s been offered an ‘International Ambassador’ role if Qatar are successful in their acquisition of United.”
During the weekend’s Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix, Beckham was asked about United’s situation.
He said: “We are one of the, if not the biggest club in the world. We want stability. I think that's the most important thing.

“We all have our favourites of who we feel needs to run the club and look after the club to take it back to where it belongs.”
Beckham continued: “In our eyes, in the fans eyes, we are number one. We want to be back at the top and I believe I know the right people to do that so we'll see!”
