Manchester United's women's team are growing increasingly more frustrated as members of staff continue to leave for the men's team, according to reports.
Marc Skinner's side, who currently sit fourth in the Women's Super League standings, suffered the first departure from their staff back in November, when performance analyst Luke Wright joined Erik ten Hag's backroom staff.
Fast forward to the present day and the women's team have lost another key member of the team, after physio Ibrahim Kerem became the latest addition to the men's team.
Karim was pictured with Argentinian international Lisandro Martinez last week, while the defenders continues to recover from a foot injury, after officially joining Ten Hag's staff last month.

According to the Daily Mail, there is now a growing frustration across the women's team regarding the departures of key members to the men's team.
The report goes on to state that the United boss had no personal involvement in the decisions to acquire both Kerem and Wright, with recently-hired head of sports medicine Gary O’Driscoll driving the recruitment.
The club currently have no issues with the changing of staff between both the men's and women's team, with the transfers being viewed as 'healthy' rather than 'detrimental' to the club.

In order to fill the void that Kerem has left in the United women's squad, the club have called upon the services of former Lionesses physio, Alicia Tang, as a short-term replacement.
Regardless of the setbacks in terms of their staff, Skinner's side must look ahead to a tough clash against Liverpool this weekend, with the Reds currently only three points behind United in fifth.
The Red Devils are currently enjoying a four-game winning streak across all competitions, which included an impressive 1-0 win away from home against Liverpool in the League Cup back in November.
