John Terry clashes with Mark Clattenburg at Baller League as former Man Utd star kicks off mass brawl

Tensions are high during the third night of the Baller League.

Chelsea and England legend John Terry has had a heated clash with referee Mark Clattenburg as his Baller League side were involved in a brawl.

On Monday evening, Terry's 26ers kicked off the third gameweek of the Baller League against F.C. RTW at the Copper Box Arena in London.

Both teams went into the match off the back of back to back losses in their first two matches in the competition, with Terry's team 10th in the 12-team league and their opponents in ninth.

Things got heated in the match almost immediately, as several players of both sides got involved in mass brawl on the pitch while Terry kicked off with match referee Clattenburg.

Terry's 26sers established an early lead in the match and managed to double it before allowing their opponents back into the game, leading to a half-time score of 2-1.

But it was the second half when tempers really started to flare, as former Manchester United player Josh Harrop put in a horror tackle to stop the 26ers' Sak Hassan from making a break on the left flank.

The controversial challenge immediately led to players from both sides throwing caution to the wind and getting stuck into each other in a massive fight on the pitch, leading to a player from both sides being handed temporary suspensions.

Just minutes later, Terry hit out at match referee Clattenburg over what appears to be a decision involving the 26ers having to drop the ball and give their opponent possession.

In a clip posted on social media, the Chelsea legend can be heard shouting: "I'm doing your job!"

As per the rules of the Baller League, Terry and opposition manager and internet personality Clint 419 can use one referee challenge during the match, but ultimately the former England captain opted against using it on this occasion.

F.C RTW capitalised on the chaos of the second half as they found an equaliser just moments after Terry's rant, only to fall behind once again shortly afterwards.

But in the end, the match ended as a hard-fought 3-3, making it the first draw since the competition began three weeks ago.
