Erik ten Hag has sent Ruben Amorim a stern warning in his first big interview since leaving Manchester United.
Back in October 2024, Ten Hag's tenure at Old Trafford came to an end on the back of a 2-1 defeat against West Ham United at the London Stadium.
Despite winning the Carabao Cup and the FA Cup during his time in charge of United, his side's performances in the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League were way below par, which ultimately cost him his job.
In turn, United hired Amorim as Ten Hag's replacement after his impressive work at Sporting Clube de Portugal.

However, it has been a tough start for the 40-year-old as United are currently 15th in the Premier League table, 34 points off leaders Liverpool.
On Monday morning, a teaser for Ten Hag's first big sit-down interview since leaving Old Trafford was released on social media.
During the teaser video, Ten Hag appeared to send a warning to Amorim.

The 55-year-old had been tipped to make a swift return to management with the likes of Ajax, Borussia Dortmund and Feyenoord all linked with him.
However, Ten Hag declared that he would not be returning to the dugout until the summer.
He added: "I’ve already decided not to take any job until the 1st of July, so until the start of the new season." The full interview is set to be released on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, United will be back in Premier League action this week when they take on Ipswich Town at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
