Only one of the five players Erik ten Hag 'expelled' from the Manchester United dressing room is still at the club.
Ten Hag has endured a mixed two seasons since becoming Manchester United boss in 2022, but it's fair to say that he has tried - and in some cases succeeded - to put his stamp on things.
During his first season the Dutch coach dropped Cristiano Ronaldo, and United ended up winning the Carabao Cup and returning to the Champions League.

Last season he banished Jadon Sancho from the first-team after a public falling out, after which United finished eighth in the Premier League but won the FA Cup.
David de Gea was also moved on last year after Ten Hag decided he needed a goalkeeper better equipped to play out from the back.
Back in 2022 when he arrived at Old Trafford, Ten Hag reportedly expelled five players from the first-team dressing room in order to make room for new arrivals.

Phil Jones, Brandon Williams, Axel Tuanzebe, Teden Mengi, and Shola Shoretire were allegedly made to train, eat, and change with the academy squad.
Ten Hag's decision pointed the quintet towards the exit, with Jones the first to depart in May 2023. The 31-year-old retired shortly afterwards.
Mengi, now 22, signed with Premier League new boys a few months later, before Tuanzebe joined Ipswich Town.
Williams left the club last month when his contract expired, leaving Shoretire as the only survivor of the five outcasts.

However, according to The Sun, the 20-year-old could soon leave as well.
The attacker is reportedly keen to gain more first team minutes after spending last season on loan at Bolton Wanderers. The youngster is unlikely to sign the new contract United have put on the table.
