Erik ten Hag has revealed what Manchester United's owners have told him about his future amid claims he will be sacked after the FA Cup final.
United have endured a difficult second season under Ten Hag, finishing eighth in the Premier League – their worst league finish since 1990.
They are at real risk of failing to qualify for Europe entirely, with their hopes of playing in the Europa League now resting on beating rivals City at Wembley on Saturday.

Reports on the eve of the match claimed Ten Hag is set to be sacked regardless of the result this weekend.
The Guardian claim that United have already drawn up a five-man shortlist of potential replacements for Ten Hag.
This includes three former Chelsea managers - Thomas Tuchel, Mauricio Pochettino and Graham Potter, as well as Brentford boss Thomas Frank and former United coach Kieran McKenna, who recently guided Ipswich back to the Premier League.

If Ten Hag is sacked, it will be the most significant move made by Sir Jim Ratcliffe since his company INEOS purchased a minority stake in United and assumed control of football operations at the club earlier this season.
But in an explosive interview with Dutch outlet Voetbal International, in which he hit out at critics of United and 'so-called experts' in the British media, Ten Hag claimed the club's ownership planned to continue with him as manager.
"I hear that they want to change everything but want to build with me," said Ten Hag.

"At least that is what they say directly to me and what they express."
He also revealed that INEOS plan to destroy Carrington and build an entirely new state-of-the-art training base for United as part of their plans to transform the club.
"INEOS will change things in the club and certain projects have already started. Carrington will get be completely destroyed, a new training ground will come," he added.
Ten Hag admitted this season had been a major disappointment but was hopeful of ending the season on a high against City.

"Let me be clear. It has been bad. It has been crap. But despite everything, we are going to play an FA Cup final," he added.
