Law is seen by many as United's best-ever striker and remains the only man to have two statues dedicated to him at Old Trafford.
He won several of the sport's biggest team and individual trophies, including the 1964 Ballon d'OR, two English Football League First Division titles and one European Cup.
The forward had 55 caps for Scotland, having made his senior debut at the age of 18 in 1958, and remains his country's joint all-time leading goalscorer with 30 goals alongside Kenny Dalglish.
